The secret is in a rather high cooking temperature, as a result of which a crispy crust is formed outside, and inside the potato becomes velvety and crumbly.
Porridges, Garnish from cereals are prepared in the form of crumbly and viscous cereals, dressed with fat. Perhaps, the most popular but not the only ones are buckwheat and rice. The first one should follow meat dishes (pork, lamb, beef) what not. This combination of buckwheat with pork chop, for example, will create rather healthy and nutritious meal. When talking about rice, the best idea will be to serve it with seafood. Interesting connection can be found between the amount of rice Chinese people consume, and the number of years they live. It is about 96 kilos of rice a year for one person, (for British it’s only 4 kilos in comparison). Who knows, maybe the secret lies in their diet? Hence, there are a lot of varieties of recipes you can always find the one which suits you. The main thing in this dish is quality seafood. If you buy separately large and high-quality mussels, shrimps, squid, and octopuses to make a "cocktail" yourself, then the dish will be much more solid.
